I'm trying to follow the main page 3 on -1 off schedule as tightly as I can, how early were you meaning? i doubt i will be able to get the full 8 hours of uninterrupted except on the rest days, which is fine. and the other days i get 6.5/7 houts then go workout then take another nap after so that works out pretty good. i will figure it out, i just changed my sleep patterns to accomodate so i will take a couple weeks to fully adjust. Today I have to go up to drmo though and victory to get my crap out of the container that just arrived so i will be all jacked up.

I am taking today as a rest day and tomorrow is scheduled to be another one so i am going to ty and get my rest as needed. Hey man, my schedule down here is 0400-14/1600 here on slayer. kind of a messed up timeframe. but some days i am out early and get time off. we can figure out some times. We are now trying to find a new location though, I got shit from the mayor cell and mwr for dropping weights and training people in the gym, I will see how that goes.
